A custom waveski is hand shaped from a solid block of (UHD) ultra high density polystyrene, the waveski is then laminated using epoxy resins and woven cloths. for ease of understanding we generally break custom wave skis into four categories, within each category the wave ski can be infinitely fine tuned and manipulated i.e  change bottom shape, rail shape, template and foil.

A mat finsh is as strong as a gloss finish, to gloss a ski we add a thin layer of resin (0.5mm) this is then fine sanded and polished, a gloss finish adds around a kilo to the ski. They do look great though!

PERFORMER length 7'8 to 8' width 23 1/2" to 24 1/2" experienced paddlers

The Performer is aimed at the extremely experienced and capable paddler, it has very low volume, low and hard rails, this wave ski is suited to the paddler who wants to pull off the biggest maneuvers.

WAVE MASTER length 7'8" to 8'0" width 25" to 26" experienced or light novice paddlers

The Wave Master is a high performance waveski aimed at the experienced paddler, it is slightly wider than the Performer with more volume through the rails, this wave ski is ideally suited to the experienced paddler upto 13 stone.

BIG BOY length 8'0" to 8'6" width 26" to 27 1/2" novice or experienced heavier paddlers

The Big boy is as the name suggests a wave ski designed for a big boy, more maneuverable than you would think this waveski has loads of volume in the rails and is upto 27 1/2" wide designed to take a paddler up to 16 1/2" stone.
